Insurance
Humility Therapy, PLLC is in-network with select Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO plans.
Your cost per session depends on your individual insurance plan and benefits. Depending on your coverage, you may be responsible for a copay, coinsurance, deductible, or other cost-sharing amount.
I will verify your benefits when possible before your first session; however, verification of benefits is not a guarantee of coverage or payment. I encourage you to contact the number on the back of your insurance card to confirm your mental health benefits and expected costs.
When contacting your insurance company, you may want to ask:

Under the federal No Surprises Act, clients who do not have health insurance or who choose not to use their insurance have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining the expected cost of their care.
You may request a Good Faith Estimate before scheduling services. If you schedule services at least three business days in advance, you are generally entitled to receive a Good Faith Estimate within the timeframes established by federal law.
A Good Faith Estimate is based on the information available at the time it is prepared and is not a contract or guarantee of the exact length or total cost of treatment.
If you receive a bill from a provider that is at least $400 more than that provider's Good Faith Estimate, you may be eligible to use the federal patient-provider dispute resolution process. Generally, the dispute must be initiated within 120 calendar days of the date on the initial bill.
For additional information about your rights under the No Surprises Act, visit the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) No Surprises website or call 1-800-985-3059.
